2022 Kill Team Tournament Rules
Come celebrate the end of Season 1 and beginning of Kill Team Season 2 with us!
General Setup:
-Tournament will be Saturday October 22nd starting at 2pm,
-NO ENTRY FEE
-Use will be using the current Kill Team rules and balance changes as of October 3rd. This includes Balance Dataslate 3.
Models and Rules:
-*Unpainted models are fine, however, teams that are painted to "Battle Ready" standard will get the 2VP bonus when calculating Victory Points total as per the Kill Team Core Rulebook.*
-All models must be WYSIWYG.
-“Counts as” models are allowed, but must CLEARLY represent what they are and be consistently modeled across units. If you have a question, ask for clarification before the tournament.
Roster List Requirements:
-20 units total in your roster.
-Please bring a copy of your roster as you might need to show it if asked.
General Schedule:
Arrival Required by 2:00pm
Announcements 2:00pm-2:15pm
Round 1: 2:15pm-3:45pm [Round 1]
Round 2: 3:45-5:15pm [Round 2]
Break: 5:15-5:45pm
Round 3: 5:45-7:30pm [Round 3]
Winners announced at 7:45pm
Scoring:
Victory Points (Max 20 VP per game + bonus of 5 VP for winning)
Sportsmanship (10 pts max per game)
PRIZE POOL
-1st place total points: $100 gift certificate to Go4Games + KillTeam 1st Place Medal
-2nd place total points: $75 gift certificate to Go4Games + KillTeam 2nd Place Medal
-3rd place total points: $50 gift certificate to Go4Games + KillTeam 3rd Place Medal
Narrative campaign multiplier:
-If you participated in 6 Season 1 narrative campaign games AND play your narrative roster if this Tournament, you have a chance at BONUS PRIZES!!!!
-Please note that this is still matched play tournament. You will not get rare equipment nor battle honors
-Yes, you can win from both the general prize pool and the narrative prize pool
-1st place total points (narrative list): $100 gift certificate to Go4Games + Your choice of Either Genestealer Cults models or Adeptus Mechanicus Models
-2nd place total points (narrative list): $75 gift certificate to Go4Games + The models the 1st place player did not select
-3rd place total points (narrative list): $50 gift certificate to Go4Games + Something from DA BOX
